Born in Petersburg, VA to Kimberly Cherry & Jerronney Darrisaw, and growing up in Upper Marlboro, MD, Christian Darrisaw has always been a stone’s throw away from Virginia Tech, the school where he made his claim to fame. He attended Riverdale Baptist High School, building up a strong recruitment case, and even earning a spot in the Maryland Crab Bowl and Big 33 All-Star games. Christian then spent one semester at the Fork Union Military Academy playing under coach John Shuman, before becoming a Hokie.
